This is one of my favorite posts to do each year. Now that start of the new year has settled down, let’s take a minute to review the Knoxville market’s real estate highest and lowest sales for 2016.
In 2016 the Knox county home sales’ closing price range went from $$4,725 to $6,375,000. So for those of you looking to see if there are still some houses available for fixing up, the evidence would indicate that you can find a property. On the other end of the spectrum, if you are looking to buy in the luxury market, Knoxville’s got you covered there as well with some pretty swanky pads here in the Scruffy City.
